The ladies are very nice at this store and they have a huge selection of all your favorites. I love/hate to go in there because I know I will never leave without goodies. Always worth the trip.

It's always a pleasure to visit Brighton at UTC. It's my happy place. Sales associates are pleasant and eager to assist and show you what's new. Never any pressure, but difficult to resist the beauty of the purses and sparkling jewelry.

If you asked my wife this place would get a "20 out of 10." From my perspective besides the fact everything she has purchased there makes my wife very happy .. is everyone at this store is knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Walking out of the store happier than you walked in says it all. What most people know about Brighton is their great warranty and repair service.

Brighton is amazing!! The store manager, Melissa, was very patient in helping me select various charms and a bracelet for a special friend. It was a gift that required thought and Melissa took the time to work with me and choose just the right charms. Thank you, Melissa!! And thank you, Brighton for your gorgeous jewelry and designs!!!

I have had an amazing time doing my Christmas shopping at this location! Laurie was the most amazing help with finding the gifts I was looking for and customizing them for my loved ones. She gave me a unique perspective that I would otherwise be unable to obtain by myself. She made my shipping of the gift and proper gifting a very easy process with tips and help along the way for a new Christmas shopper as myself. She also gave me water when she noticed I was uneasy and that really calmed my nerves. Thanks to her help and the general support of the store they have earned a proper 5 stars from me!

If you ever get the chance to stop by Brighton at UTC do so! The service was amazing, super littles friendly. First time in there and they treated us like Queens! Melissa was super attentive helped, coordinate my jewelry pieces! Will be going again!!
